Four 30-minute integrative follow-up visits throughout the year to assess progress, adjust recommendations, and provide continued guidance
Unlimited scheduled 20-minute check-in phone calls to address questions, concerns, or emerging needs between visits

Ongoing coordination with therapists and medical providers as needed to ensure aligned, comprehensive care
