In-depth integrative intake visit centered on your child’s full health history, current concerns, and family goals
Creation of a focused integrative health roadmap targeting the primary concern and outlining clear next steps
Ongoing Integrative Care Visits
Two 30-minute integrative follow-up visits to assess progress, refine recommendations, and support implementation
Unlimited scheduled 20-minute check-in phone calls to address questions, concerns, or emerging needs between visits
Care Coordination & Communication
Secure messaging between visits for timely communication and ongoing support
Coordination with relevant providers as needed to support aligned, comprehensive care related to the primary concern

Starting at $2,100 for 4-months ($695 consultation fee credited toward program) or $375 / month
